A private rental house with the possibility of swimming, where you can have you next conferences, company events, weddings, birthdays, New Year’s parties and everything in between. If necessary, you can rearrange the room for party games or a dance hall.

The banquet hall has long tables and chairs for 50 people, and there is also a projector with a screen. There is free WiFi connection throughout the house.

Next to the main house is a small lake with the possibility of swimming. Loovälja guesthouse has a nice wood-burning sauna house, which you can rent separately.

The main house has a well-equipped kitchen where you can find everything you need to cook. A refrigerator, a stove with a vacuum cleaner, a microwave oven and a dishwasher are available for use. A coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are also available. Dishes and other cutlery are available. A grill and all the necessary accessories are available for barbecue connoisseurs. Although the kitchen has everything to prepare food yourself, you are also welcome to use a catering service. In this case, we are happy to give you recommendations.

There are 7 private and cozy bedrooms on the second floor of the main house of the Loovälja guesthouse, which can accommodate 14 people overnight. Each bedroom has two single beds. There is a comfortable shower and toilet room on the second floor. We also accommodate 6 people on the second floor of the sauna house.

There is a parking lot next to the main house, which comfortably accommodates all guests’ cars.
